New Albany.
New Albany is a master-planned suburb about 15 miles northeast of downtown Columbus, mostly in Franklin County with a growing part in Licking County. It is known for Georgian architecture, white fencing, and tree-lined streets, with neighborhoods linked by a leisure trail system that runs more than 80 miles. A walkable core brings together Market Square shops, Rose Run Park, the library, and the school campus. The New Albany International Business Park nearby is one of central Ohio's largest job centers.

Selling in New Albany
New Albany has its own rules.
Generic Columbus-agent treatment misses what is specific to New Albany: the comp adjustments that matter on these blocks, the school-calendar timing, and the buyer pool that actually shops here. Three things every New Albany seller should know before talking to any agent:
- 1
Many buyers come to New Albany for the New Albany-Plain Local schools and the downtown learning campus, so listings near the core tend to draw steady interest.
- 2
Homes in the white-fence neighborhoods often fall under design guidelines and HOA standards, so having paint colors, fencing, and exterior records in order helps a sale move smoothly.
- 3
Proximity to the leisure trail network and to walkable spots like Market Square and Rose Run Park is a real draw, so it helps to highlight trail access from your street.
