Selling in Dublin
Dublin has its own rules.
Generic Columbus-agent treatment misses what is specific to Dublin: the comp adjustments that matter on these blocks, the school-calendar timing, and the buyer pool that actually shops here. Three things every Dublin seller should know before talking to any agent:
- 1
Dublin buyers shop the school district first and the floor plan second. Pricing that ignores the elementary boundary leaves money behind.
- 2
Muirfield-area comps need golf-frontage and lot-premium adjustments that generic pricing tools miss.
- 3
Well-priced Dublin homes sell in their first weeks. The expensive mistake is overpricing into the second month. The current pace is in the numbers above.

Life in Dublin
What it is like to live in Dublin.
Dublin is the suburb other Central Ohio suburbs get compared to. People move here first for Dublin City Schools and second for the setting: the Scioto River runs through it, the streets are wide and green, and the median sale price sits around $655K, the highest on the west side of the metro. The typical buyer is a relocating professional or a move-up family, and the Census puts the median household income above $155,000, which tells you who is competing for these homes.
Daily life splits between two cores. Historic Dublin is the old village at Bridge and High, all stone buildings and small restaurants, and Bridge Park is the newer riverfront district across the Dublin Link pedestrian bridge, with shops, patios, and apartments. Between them you get a walkable evening that most suburbs this size do not have. Indian Run Falls and Coffman Park sit minutes from the center, and the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village takes over the north end every spring.
The commute is part of the appeal. Downtown Columbus is roughly 15 to 17 miles, about 20 minutes in normal traffic, and the OCLC, Cardinal Health, and Wendy's headquarters are right here, so plenty of residents barely commute at all. The tradeoff is price. You pay a real premium over Hilliard or Plain City for the name, the schools, and the river. If those three things matter to you, Dublin is hard to beat. If they do not, the money goes further one suburb over.
Buyers often weigh Dublin against Hilliard. Compare Dublin with Hilliard.
Living in Dublin
What the address actually comes with.
Buyers ask what day-to-day life here looks like. This is the short answer.

Bridge Park and the Dublin Link
A riverfront district of restaurants, shops, and apartments on the east bank of the Scioto. The Dublin Link pedestrian bridge connects it to Historic Dublin.
Historic Dublin
The original village core at Bridge and High Streets. Stone buildings, small shops, and restaurants, all within a short walk.

Indian Run Falls
A small park minutes from Historic Dublin with a waterfall, a gorge, and short trails with viewing decks.

Field of Corn
109 concrete ears of corn stand in rows at Sam and Eulalia Frantz Park. Public art that nods to the farmland this corridor grew from.

The Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village
Jack Nicklaus built Muirfield Village Golf Club, and its PGA Tour stop takes over the neighborhood every spring.
Dublin Irish Festival
Three days of music, dance, and food at Coffman Park, the first weekend of August.
